But here is some of my homemade chili rosemary salt, made with freshly picked rosemary and chili from my (organic) garden!
It is delicious with stews, casseroles, even a great seasoning for rice or boiled veggies. Think chili rosemary seasoned boiled potatoes and wilted spinach with blushing roast lamb basted in a garlicy marinade. Or just chili rosemary salt on popcorn!The salt has a very slight chili bite but I don't think that it's anything to be afraid of. It's just enough to warm up your insides a little bit. Perfect for these cold Cape Town days.
